Project Description:This project proposal is intended for a hypothetical film project. A film team is assigned a genre, mandatory prop, line of dialogue, and character name that they must all include in a short film. From the moment you receive the details, you have only 60 hours to cast, write, film, edit, and turn in the ten minute sort film. I have had the pleasure of participating in this project a few times in the past, and one thing I have noticed is how stressful it can all be. Having a project manager structure out the budget, agenda, delicate tasks, and take over funding, would definitely release an immense amount of pressure from the team trying to participate in such a time sensitive competition, resulting in more focused and positive efforts. I was hoping to accomplish organization and structure in this proposal, and the outcome was exactly that.

Besides a few grammatical errors, one of the main feedbacks I had received was from a classmate, who reminded me that I neglected to include writing up contracts in the tasks section. My instructor seemed to enjoy my concept, execution, and proposal, and I am very proud of my work.
